Ticket collection information
Please have your ticket receipt number and the surname of the ticket purchaser to hand when collecting your tickets. Save the trees, you don’t need to print out the email receipt
Non-Camping Tickets
If you’re not camping on the festival site, please collect your tickets from the Whitby Spa Pavilion, West Cliff, Whitby, YO21 3EN.
On Saturday 16th, collect your tickets from 11am to 5pm in the main hall of the Spa Pavilion. From Sunday onwards the office will be on the mezzanine level from 9.30am to 5pm, except for Friday 22nd when it will close at 4pm so we can all enjoy the parade.
If you can only arrive after 4.30, fear not! If you let us know in advance then you can collect your tickets from the Spa stewards. Please only request this if necessary as the Spa stewards are already very busy people. If you arrive outside of office hours and haven’t arranged collection, show your ticket receipt at the festival venues. You may have to make a fully refundable cash payment to get in, so please be prepared for this.
Camping Tickets
If you’re camping, please collect your tickets on arrival at the campsite at Airy Hill School, Waterstead Lane, Whitby, YO21 1PZ.
The campsite is for ticket holders only and will open at 2pm on Friday 15th. It really helps our volunteer stewards if you don’t arrive early. The campsite is on the edge of a residential area so please help us keep the site tidy and ensure all noise is sociable!
If you have not booked a camping ticket in advance, you will first need to come to the Festival Office to buy your camping ticket (space permitting).
